We are proud to be part of Valley Cottage and strive to be a positive, active contributor to the community. We donate our daily left overs to the local shelters, police stations, fire stations and St Paul’s church.  Hudson Valley Cakery also has been a part of several fundraisers for the Valley Cottage Elementary School and other various local events.

In April 2013 we took on an intern from the Nyack High School and have started a scholarship fund in her honor.  We hope that as we grow as a business we will be able to give back more and more each year.
